Since 1988, we’ve been taking guests off the beaten path and into the wild, hidden heart of Kauai. We brought ziplining to Hawaii, and today, we operate the longest zipline in the state and hold exclusive access to the legendary Kīpū Ranch.
But our real secret to +35 years of success? Our people.
When you work at Outfitters Kauai, you aren’t just punching a clock. You are a storyteller, a safety expert, a local ambassador, and the highlight of a family’s vacation. We are a family-owned business that works hard, looks out for each other, and isn't afraid to get a little muddy along the way.
We can teach you how to paddle a tandem kayak or safely clip guests into the 4,000-foot FlyLine. What we can’t teach is personality. We are looking for energetic, responsible, and authentic individuals who love the outdoors just as much as they love talking to people.
The unsung heroes who keep the adventure moving. From driving vans and maintaining our motorized Hawaiian canoes to managing gear and equipment, this crew keeps the Safari tours running like clockwork.
You are the first "Aloha" our guests hear! Whether checking guests in at Nawiliwili Harbor or answering questions at our main office, you set the tone for the day, calm pre-trip nerves, and ensure operations run smoothly.
From navigating the Wailua River to launching guests on the AdrenaLine tour, our guides are the face of Outfitters Kauai. If you are highly active, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to be), and love leading a crowd, this is your stage.
