Welcome to Outfitters Kauai
We've been operating adventure tours on Kauai since 1988. If you are looking for the ultimate zipline Kauai experience, river kayaking, or the most relaxing waterfall tour Kauai has to offer, you have found the right place.
Kīpū Ranch
Almost everything we do happens on or around Kīpū Ranch: 3,000 private acres of valleys, rivers, and waterfalls just minutes from Līhuʻe, closed to the public and wide open to you. It will probably look familiar. Scenes from Jurassic Park, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Pirates of the Caribbean were all filmed here. Come see the locations of some of your movies favorite scenes! Learn more about films at Kīpū Ranch here.
Want to fly?
Four ways to do it. The FlyLine is the big one: over 4,000 feet, headfirst in a Superman harness, more than 50 miles an hour, and a near zero chance you stop talking about it at dinner. Nui is our signature course and packs in the most airtime on Kauaʻi, finishing on the FlyLine. AdrenaLine picks up the pace and ends with a splash landing into
Bamboo Pool. You can compare all four on the zipline tours page.
Want to float?
Hidden Valley Falls is the easy, gorgeous one. Paddle the Huleʻia through a wildlife refuge, hike into a private valley, swing off a rope into Pirate Pool, and ride home on a twin-hull Hawaiian canoe. Wailua River is the one that earns you the brownie: Hawaiʻi's largest tropical river, a two mile hike through the rainforest to ʻUluwehi Falls, and lunch waiting at the bottom. Both live on the kayak tours page.
Want to Hike?
The Kīpū Falls & Treehouse Hike takes you across the ranch to a banyan treehouse, then down to Kīpū Falls, an incredible waterfall on our private land. More on our hiking tours page.
Want all of it?
The Kīpū Safari is our greatest hits. Kayak, hike, swim, zipline, picnic lunch in the valley, canoe ride home. One day, everything. Small groups, local guides, and a whole lot of laughing. Pick your adventure, and we will take care of the rest!
All zipline adventures begin at beautiful, historic Kīpū Ranch , while our kayaking tours (except the Wailua river trip) launch right from Nawiliwili Harbor. Wherever your journey starts, expect an easy check-in, ample parking, and a warm welcome. Your expert local guides do more than lead the way. They share island history, Hawaiian folklore, and their favorite local food spots to make every experience both thrilling and meaningful.
