Outfitters Kauai is proud to offer bike and kayak rentals. Our staff is full of local experts who can help you plan an unforgettable day of adventure and exploration in Kauai.
Outfitters Kauai bike rentals range from comfortable Raleigh hybrid bikes for cruising in easy style to off-road bike rentals. The Kona Precepts are the perfect choice for all-around backcountry bike touring, with full suspension and disc brakes. Asphalt warriors can zip around Kauai on our Kona Esatto DDL road bike – the perfect balance between speed and comfort. It’s a road machine that loves lapping up the mileage. Every bike goes out fully checked and equipped with a helmet, lock and maps.
There’s a shoreline ride from the door of our shop that takes you along the entire Poipu coastline from the Spouting Horn to Maha’ulepu. Or, take a rack for your car and ride in the high forest above Waimea Canyon or other spectacular locations island-wide!
We can help you plan your perfect biking day, from mountain to deep forest; hard endurance treks to easy tours. Our experts can hook you up with fabulous rides for cruisers, mountain bikers, and roadies! Tell us your interests and we will help with free maps and information to create your personalized Kauai biking tour.
Paddle a kayak on an amazing calm-water jungle stream deep into the heart of Kauai. We have convenient riverside pick-up locations on the Hule’ia and Wailua Rivers. Each kayak rental includes basic paddling instructions and information on the river. Rentals on the Wailua River also include details on a great, moderately strenuous hike to a tropical waterfall.
If you prefer to have an expert guide that will provide you with interesting and informative narration and a little more kayak instruction, please check out our Hidden Valley Falls Kayak Adventure on the Hule’ia River or our Wailua Waterfall Kayak Tour.
Only Outfitters Kauai offers this Unique Tour!
We’ll start at 3,600 feet elevation and take an easy cruise down to sea level. We take frequent stops to marvel at dramatic canyon cliffs, enjoy deep forest scenery, and look out over the majestic Pacific Ocean.
